Strategic Planning 2.0
Thursday, February 6, 2020
8:00-9:30am
Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa (3117 Greenhill Cir, Cedar Falls)

Have you ever completed the timeline of a strategic plan, but the problems you faced before the plan continue to persist after a set of technical changes? You might be facing problems that require a change in attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors, and hundreds of technical changes won't get you to the solution.

In this session we will discuss how slowing down the strategic planning timeline can help you get to the heart of  the issues, and identify the adaptive changes needed to create real movement towards your mission. We  will discuss a three stage planning process that includes Learning and Understanding; Engaging and Designing; and Launching and Leaning In.   Presenter: Jordan Vernoy.

Free for CVNA members; $25 non-members.
Please RSVP here.
