Labor can be - let's face it - scary.

Whether it's your first child or your fifth, the time leading up to your delivery can be nerve racking. There are many things you can do to at least ease these nerves. Being prepared is the best thing you can do and there are many ways to prepare for a smoother birth. Read eight of my top labor tips by clicking the picture below.

Work will generally take place outside the pavement area or in the shoulder area. In that instance, work may take place Mondays through Fridays. When work is scheduled overnight in areas where work outside the travel lanes is not possible, the outside edge of the travel lane pavement may be impacted.
Overnight work for the week of May 27 happens along US 24 from Crystola Circle to Waldo Canyon and includes:
  • Tuesday, May 28 through Thursday, May 30, overnight, 7:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. at mile marker 293.00 - 295.00
  • Work consists of rock-sawing, handholes, and erosion control
  • Westbound traffic can expect right shoulder closures and right lane closures as needed
