Check out our new blog on myofascial release for tailbone pain that goes into much more detail of what it is,
what causes it
and a video showing you some release techniques
using a small ball.
Ladies...

Do experience any issues with tailbone pain tightness or discomfort and the pelvic region?

Trauma to the tailbone is common. Many of us think our buttocks will cushion the impact but more often than not our tailbone becomes bent or twisted with the hard hits.

Even working a 9-5 job, where you are sitting for a long period of time can put more stress on this tiny area. This can cause low back and hip pain.

Myofascial release for your tailbone can bring you longer relief, help with tension or pain you may be feeling. There is much more that can be done for you then just sitting on a donut cushion.
