Justine Can Help with Chronic Pain

Hey mamas,
When we start having back pain and headaches and any other chronic pain, do you think that pills or surgery or some “back exercises” are going to fix it completely? Um, no. But having an awareness of our thoughts, our beliefs, our emotions…..that’s where the power to truly HEAL happens. And that, my friend, is what is allowed to happen inside my treatment room and during the classes, I teach.
Find Out What is Causing Back Pain

I hear this complaint a lot….My doctor didn’t tell me what was WRONG! Usually, it’s someone who calls me up looking for help for their back (or whatever part of the body, honestly, but more often than not I get calls from people with back pain…) and they tell me all about what’s going on, how bad things have gotten, how scared they are that things haven’t improved and then I hear “And my doctor didn’t explain what was wrong!”. How frustrating is that?!? Has that ever happened to you? I hear from a lot of people that they just want to know exactly WHAT’S WRONG (...and then exactly what to do to fix it!) So, I made a video explaining the most common answer to your question: “What’s Really Causing My Back Pain?” Take a listen below.
