Birth Trauma May Be the Cause

Last week I answered a question I get often from patients “Why do I feel so spacey, distracted or anxious after having my baby? Am I the only one?” In fact, sometimes this comes up when I ask moms to tell me about the births of their child(ren). Sometimes suddenly moms will get tears in their eyes or their voice trembles as they start to tell me about certain parts of their birth story. Some even stop and apologize to me for getting emotional, as they wipe the tears away. This is oftentimes the first sign that there may have been some birth trauma that needs some healing. If this sounds like something that you may be experiencing, please watch the video below to learn more.
