School Hosting Virtual Haunted House Fundraiser

The Cripple Creek-Victor Pioneers Drama Program is proud to present “CC-V: After the Lights
Go Out”, a virtual haunted house, on Friday, November 13th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Although the Drama Program is young, having just started in 2016, the annual haunted house has quickly become one of the most popular events in the CC-V School District.

Instead of cancelling the haunted house this year due to COVID-19, the Drama students
realized they could make the most of our circumstances by performing a virtual haunted house using the school security system cameras. They are a very dedicated, hard-working group of
students, and are very excited for this opportunity.

Our annual haunted house is one of our biggest fundraisers for the Drama Program. As we will
not be charging to view, we have set up a GoFundMe page if you wish to donate.

Contact: Annie Durham, Drama Instructor at Cripple Creek-Victor High School at 719.689.2661 or email at [email protected].

How to Release a C-Section Scar

Hey mamas,

Last summer I shared a self-care video on releasing a C-Section scar (and other abdominal scars too), so you can give yourself some love! If you have a scar from a C-section (or gallbladder, tummy tuck, hysterectomy, appendectomy or hernia repair) it can wreak havoc on the lower back and pelvis, causing pain, strain, tightness, changes in bowel/bladder/digestive/reproductive function and SHOULD NOT be ignored. But WHAT IF… you can’t even stand to look at your C-Section Scar, let alone touch it? Watch my short video where I uncover some feelings around your C-Section Scar and emotional well being after having a baby, and explain how to deal with both.
