Local corn has always been a summer favorite. We're seeing in more applications than simple corn on the cob. 
   -Mexican street corn.
   -Flat-breads/pizzas with all "local" toppings (including arugula, zucchini, and peppers)
   -Fire-roasted corn salads, cowboy caviar, and fresh salsas.
 
In season through early September. 

We're currently sourcing from Russo's in Tabernacle, NJ.
