Valley Milkhouse
Grass-Fed Butter is Back!
Find your favorite stinky cheeses at the Valley Milkhouse stand this Saturday!

Dove Song Goat Dairy's fresh garlic and chive chevre is a market favorite, and it's coming back this Saturday in honor of garlic fest! Spread it on toast or crackers, crumble it over a salad, or whisk it into an omelette for a peppery kick!

Valley Milkhouse will also be featuring GRASS-FED BUTTER! You've asked for it all summer and it's finally here. This 100% grass-fed organic cultured butter is made from the cream of a regional certified organic dairy. The culturing process brings out the natural aromas in this cream through a slow fermentation, making it a richer version of what you find in the store. $10/lb available in half-pound blocks wrapped in freezer paper.

Also available will be award-winning guest cheese Birchrun Blue made by Chester County's Birchrun Hills Farm (and a collaborating creamery in the cheese collective). This is a sharp and bold aged raw milk blue cheese that is the iconic blue of Pennsylvania! It's a must-try.

Valley Milkhouse will be bringing its own suite of artisan cheeses including Lady's Slipper, Hollyhock, Ironweed Halloumi and our soft-ripened favorites Witchgrass and Thistle, which are getting into their peak flavors and textures this time of year with autumn milk.

Join Stefanie at her upcoming annual Open House next Sunday, October 14 from 2 to 4 for live music and a glorious cheese spread! The event takes place at Valley Milkhouse, located at the historic Covered Bridge Farm dating back to 1743. She hopes to see you there! 92 Covered Bridge Road, Oley, PA 19547
