SBA Women Federal Contracting Certifications & Upcoming Changes August 12 @ 1:00 PM EDT
Please join us for SBA's Women Owned and Economically Disadvantage Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB/EDWOSB) Federal Contracting Certification Program LIVE Webinar, August 12 at 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
To level the playing field in the federal marketplace for Women Owned and Economically Disadvantage Women Owned Small Business (WOSB/EDWOSB), the federal government has established a 5 percent goal. Why should women take advantage of this unique opportunity?
In FY18, the government awarded 4.75% or $22.5 billion dollars in federal contracts to WOSB/EDOWSB. Women entrepreneurs left .25% of federal contracting opportunities on the table; that translates to $5.625 billion dollars.
Learn more about this program and how you can take advantage of this opportunity in this one hour informative session. Registration is required. Login information will be emailed with your confirmation. Presented by Alisa Sheard, Supervisory Business Opportunity Specialist in Washington, D.C.
