As fall arrives and the cool November vibes set in, we’re extending our warmest “thank you” to you and your families. This month and every month, we are grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us to serve your practice’s needs. Here are some of the highlights of 2023 that you may have missed at Summit.

We celebrated many new achievements but none as exciting as our 25^th Anniversary! We celebrated the legacy of amazing leaders that have come and gone and also explored our opportunities to grow while holding the same values that are the foundation of Summit. Also, after 17 years with Summit, in a leadership, ownership and mentorship role, Leslie retired and is enjoying new adventures. And finally, we continued our commitment to expanding our accounting services and welcomed new team members, including an experienced payroll professional, Jo; a new bookkeeper, Natalea; and a new staff accountant, Ben.

Our valuation team continued to see substantial activity with practice valuations for private buyers. While corporate groups reduced their acquisitions significantly in the first half of the year, we continued to see robust activity for private hospital sales, partnership buy-ins, etc.



As we begin to wrap up 2023, we are excited about the opportunities to continue serving you and your practice! Your support has been invaluable to our growth, and we aim to continue making a positive difference in our industry.
