Thank you. The last year has been full of trials and tribulations for us all. Yet, we have so much to be grateful for – especially the support from our community. Instead of a typical Annual Report, we have linked our Gratitude Report that highlights the variety of ways you have supported our organization and the people we serve over these past months so heavily impacted by COVID.
The generosity of our supporters makes a direct impact in the lives of many in our community. Mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance use – these are challenges that change the course of life for people and require being met with compassion. Our work together is vital, because a society of wholly healthy individuals creates a vibrant, safer community.
Richmond Behavioral Health (RBH) is here to eliminate stigma and open doors. We’re here to enrich the lives of people and their families and to impact the success of our community. We’re here to connect those who need help with opportunities for positive change – and in turn, the whole region benefits. As a provider of community based services, we help individuals and families based on their needs, wherever they are. We work with close to 13,000 people a year – about 5% of Richmond’s population – regardless of ability to pay.
Richmond Behavioral Health Foundation (RBHF) relies solely on donations and grant funding to support the programs and services of Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA). We hope you will consider making a donation this year.
We thank you for recognizing the importance of the work we do. We thank you for contributing in all the ways you do.
Stay safe and stay healthy.
With gratitude,
John P. Lindstrom, Ph.D., LCP
President, RBHF
