We look with tremendous anticipation for the first day of school on Wednesday, August 21, when the spirit of learning and joy sweeps through our newly-minted building. As you await this first day with us, please look below at the information outlined to help orient families toward the important details that will inaugurate the new school year.

Meet the Teacher

We are excited to open our doors and welcome you back to campus at Meet the Teacher Day on  Monday, August 19 . Please plan to join us at the new campus (3520 World Cup Way) during  any one  of the following times:
 
7:00-8:30 a.m.
11:30-1:30 p.m.
4:00-5:30 p.m.
 
This event is where you will learn your child's classroom and have an opportunity to drop off supplies. This is a required event for all families in the Upper School. The following persons and information will be present to serve you and address questions:

  • School Nurse
  • College Counselor
  • Athletic Director
  • Parent Service Organization and Spirit Store
  • Homework Club
  • Special Education
  • ESL
  • Section 504 Services
  • STAAR Results
  • Traffic Plans
  • Planners (cash only)
 
No RSVP is required.
School Supplies and Classics to Keep
 
Please  click here  to view the book and supply lists for each grade level. Please purchase the matching ISBN number for each Classics to Keep book so that page numbers in your child's book will match the teacher's.
 
All supplies should be brought to school at Meet the Teacher on August 19. Guidelines for the storage of these materials will be provided with lower assignment information.
Drop-off and Pick-up
 
The first day of school is  Wednesday, August 21 . School drop-off is from  7:30-7:55 a.m. , and pick-up is from  3:30-3:55 p.m.  on full days and  1:35-2:00 p.m. on early-release Fridays. Traffic plans will be available at Meet the Teacher on August 19.
Uniforms
 
An overview of the Upper School Uniform Policy can be found  here .  Dennis Uniforms  is our vendor.
Homework Club
 
Registration for Homework Club for the 2019-2020 school year is open! You may register and find information on the programs and pricing options  on the website .
