McPherson Early Childhood Center
Reaching out to students and their families in need within our community. Filling the gap. That’s what it’s all about. Family advocate, Kelli Farley, with the assistance of the rest of the staff at the Early Childhood Center, is reaching out and helping school families, not only with food items, but also household items and clothing and genuine concern. Those who stop in have the opportunity to “check in” with someone and visit … and hopefully leave with not only much needed food items, but also with renewed energy from their conversation with one of the family advocates.

Donations for the pantry are always needed. Some suggested items include canned goods, cereal, macaroni and cheese, flour, sugar, salt, toiletry items, paper goods, peanut butter, or pasta. Donations can be brought to the Early Childhood Center at Roosevelt School, 800 S. Walnut. For more information call 620-755-4347. Check out these photos from Chamber Connections hosted by Early Childhood Center.
