The Student Access Program allows all Wilkes County public school children to check out books at our Library with their student ID (lunch number). They can also check out ebooks from NC Kids Digital Library by using the Libby App.

Dementia & Caregivers
Becky Macemore of the Ruby Pardue Blackburn Adult Day Health Care Center will provide information and resources for caregivers of individuals with dementia. Learn how to better care for your loved one. Reservations are not required.

For our exciting Story Walks, the Wilkes County Public Library is partnering with Smoot Park and with W. Kerr Scott Dam & Reservoir (on the walking trail at the Fish Dam Creek Park). The current story, Fiesta!, is in English and Spanish.
