ASQ- Ages and Stages Questionnaire
|
|
Do you have a child ages 2 months to 5 years old?
Evidence shows the earlier development is assessed—the greater the chance a child has to reach his or her potential. Screening young children is a great way to catch any concerns and connect with resources when it can do the most good – during the child’s EARLY YEARS when their brain and body are quickly developing.

Healthy Families Livingston
Healthy Families Livingston continues to provide services for prenatal moms and new families! During this unprecedented time, our Family Support Specialists are conducting their “home visits” virtually or by telephone. We support women throughout their pregnancies by educating them about the importance of prenatal care and helping to prepare them for labor and delivery. Once the family is back home, we provide parenting support and education centered around parent-child interaction, brain development, and age appropriate expectations. We will keep you up to date on the latest resources available in the community as well. We are here for you every step of the way and can even help the transition to pre-school down the road!
