Miracle for the Dream Center


We are so excited to announce that the power bill has been paid through Home of Hope's generous sponsors. AMAZING!!!

Due to an error by the local power company, there has been no power at the the Dream Centre in Kenya since the beginning of March. This error resulted in a an unexpected $10,000 CAD bill that had to be paid in order for the power to be restored.

We are extremely grateful for the team in Kenya as they have done so well keeping the Dream Centre operating in spite of the power outage and Covid challenges.

TRAGEDY INTO TRIUMPH

This young boy was recently rescued after barely escaping death when his own mother threw him into oncoming traffic and then took her own life. It’s extremely shocking to imagine anyone doing this to their own child!

THANKFULLY, he is alive and well and now living at the Home of Hope Dream Center being supported by a generous sponsor who named him Wayne Sifa.

Feeding Program Update

In our March 2020 newsletter we shared that e ven with the current restrictions, the team is ensuring that the most desperate children (that have attended the feeding programs) are getting their weekly meal by delivering it to the child's home.

We are so thankful for the determination of our team to ensure these children continue to be supported.
