This year's Juneteenth commemoration of African-American emancipation in Hartford, VT Juneteenth brought the Upper Valley together for a celebration at Lyman Point Park featuring guest speakers including state senator and Vermont congressional candidate Kesha Ram-Hinsdale, Vermont Law School associate dean for Student Affairs and Diversity, Shirley Jefferson and Dartmouth Assistant Dean of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Dia Draper.
