Great to be Outside in May
It has been such a joy seeing the boats come back to the marina where we live. There is so much excitement for the upcoming warmer weather and boating season on the Hudson River.

We have a beautiful view of the sunset from our second story deck. I outfitted it with colorful outdoor fabric pillows and an outdoor rug with comfortable seating. Plants and candles set the stage to relax and watch the sailboats go by in peaceful tranquility.
There is no reason why YOUR Outdoor space can not look and feel as comfortable as your indoor family room too!

Now more than ever there are many different outdoor materials for furniture frames that are durable AND stylish. There are also an abundance of beautiful outdoor fabrics that are both cleanable and dry quickly. The same can be said for outdoor rugs. They are readily available in so many beautiful colors, textures, and weaves, you won't believe that you are outside (except for the occasional bug…sorry, cant help you there...)

How We are Helping our Clients
Our waterfront RI project is making lots of progress. Interior framing is almost complete. Stone veneer for the exterior chimney and retaining wall has been ordered.
Wood flooring and kitchen cabinetry is being finalized to be ordered as well. This team is on a roll!
The new master bathroom in this 1950's Whole House refresh is almost complete.
The custom frameless shower enclosure in clear starfire glass will be installed this week. A few small details to address and we are done.
Want to know what I am pointing at inside the shower? (VIEW VIDEO) The Master Bathroom in this Master Suite project has been tiled and we are finalizing the glass enclosure details. The vanity top will also be installed next week so the custom vanity cabinet will be ready for use!
