Ricky Mestre teams up with ‘Professor M’ Marvin Pittman, the Kingpin of Swagger to produce a sizzling night of Drag, Burlesque and more, featuring 15 performers, even Liberace is a special guest! This show is the final event of day-long Greater Bridgeport Pride festivities on Saturday, July 23. The doors of the Downtown Cabaret open at 8:30 pm. Greater Bridgeport PRIDE partners with Bridgeport Film Festival
Besides showing over 85 films in-person and virtually, some of the highlights of the weekend include our kick off to Greater Bridgeport Pride with the LGBTQIA+ short films and Queer Filmmaker Panel moderated by David A. Correa, Director of Entertainment for NYC Pride on Friday evening. Don't miss this BFF highlight, "How Did I Get Here" on Saturday afternoon featuring comedic icon Lisa Lampanelli and trans actress Ivory Aquino, who will be seen in the upcoming 'Batgirl' film on HBO Max this year!  

On Saturday evening we are excited for the public premiere of the WPKN documentary "The Greatest Radio Station in the World followed by a Q+A with director Cob Carlson! Then on Sunday morning at 9:30am, we have a family friendly event where we will be screening the film "TROLLS" for kids of all ages, with a special meet and greet from "Poppy" the star of the film! After the screening there will be a "Snack and Paint" event for the kids! Over the course of the weekend we will have filmmaking and screenwriting workshops, food trucks, local vendors, a live art exhibit and more! Plus don't forget our Pride March in Downtown Bridgeport at 7:30pm on Saturday, July 23!!
