The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) recently ruled that employers may now require confidentiality from employees involved in open workplace investigations.

At the beginning of the book you will find a Summary of Major Changes to Contractor Law, which outlines new contracting laws that became effective on January 1, 2020.

The 2020 law book can only be purchased from the publisher, LexisNexis, and is not available at any CSLB office. The book costs $38.00 plus tax, and $10.44 for shipping and handling.
