Dear Friends,
I took a road trip this summer to see my parents in northern California. It was a long two-day trip with my husband, 15-year-old daughter, and our little dog, too, but at the end of the journey was the reward of precious time spent together with family. To have arrived safely at our destination required prior proper planning. Because we were prepared, we were able to take the opportunity to enjoy the scenery and even a couple of short unplanned detours along the way didn't hold us up!
As fundraising professionals, we do our best to plan but know that there may be obstacles that take us on different paths, no matter how much we strive to stay on course. As the saying goes, despite the best laid plans, there can be hiccups along our journey. But with your plan in hand, you have clear, realistic goals that you can be confident of achieving.
“A Road Map for Institutions on a Budget” is the topic for this month’s educational program. Guest speaker David Loyless will share resources we all need for campaign success. It can feel daunting to launch a campaign, but armed with preparation and sharpened tools, you are assured to get to your destination. Register today!
