President's Message

Dear Friends,

As we enter the season of Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on how much we have to be grateful for, not just in our personal lives, but within our AFP community as well.

This year, I’ve had the privilege of serving as your Chapter President, and I am genuinely thankful for the opportunity to work alongside such passionate, dedicated professionals. Each of you embodies the heart of philanthropy, not only through the work you do every day, but through your generosity of spirit, your willingness to share knowledge, and your commitment to strengthening our profession.

Thanksgiving is a time to pause and appreciate the people and moments that make a difference. For me, that includes our incredible board, our volunteers, our sponsors, and every AFP member who continues to show up, support one another, and make an impact in their communities.

As we approach the end of the year, I hope you take time to rest, recharge, and reflect on the lives you’ve touched through your work. Our collective efforts truly make the world a better place.
