As we enter the ever-busy season of fall fundraising, I want to share a resource exclusive to AFP members that I have found helpful on countless occasions. The Tools & Resources tab at https://afpglobal.org/ has toolkits, templates, articles, and much more to keep you in the know about the latest fundraising trends and your development department up to date on policies and best practices. Whether you’re hiring for a new position, looking to refresh your end of year campaign, or updating gift acceptance or donor recognition policies, this online resource is a great place to start.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS: Martha and Tom Day are co-founders of The Vitamin Bridge in Coppell, Texas, a nonprofit that donates prenatal vitamins and nutrition information to first-touch providers serving under-resourced mothers-to-be. Partnerships with these organizations provide mothers early access to life-improving supplements while reducing the risk of preterm births, low birthweights, and birth defects. .

Marc Mitrano, a 15-year veteran of the nonprofit sector, has joined M. Gale & Associates as a consultant. Marc will be working with nonprofit clients in areas related to M.
