Wednesday March 4th, 2026 | | Greetings Growth Alliance Members, | | |
Wow, what an incredible evening we shared at last week’s Annual Awards Dinner. Seeing so many leaders, partners, members, and friends of the Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance gathered in one room was a powerful reminder of what makes this region so special.
Congratulations again to our 2026 Catalyst Award recipient, Phil Gunderson!
As I shared that evening, 2025 was not just a busy year; it was a defining one for Webster County and the Fort Dodge region. Projects moved forward, employers invested, housing continued to rise, and partnerships deepened across our community. None of that happens by accident. It happens because this region believes in collaboration over competition, and because so many of you continue to invest your time, talent, and belief in the future of our community.
Thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, supported, and helped make the evening such a success. Your leadership and partnership are what keep the momentum moving forward.
And speaking of momentum, we have a couple of great opportunities coming up to gather again soon. 😊
✨Please join us on Thursday, March 5, at 4:00 PM at the Growth Alliance office as we celebrate Investionista with Signe Lonholdt with a ribbon cutting right here at the Growth Alliance Office.
✨Then mark your calendar for a

Community Health Center Anniversary
The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge is excited to announce our annual fundraiser will be on Saturday, April 11, at The Laramar in Fort Dodge. This year is also extra special as it will celebrate our 20th anniversary as an organization. As many of you know we have grown from serving 4,000 patients a year to over 12,000 patients a year. We have added locations including Dayton, Mason City, Eagle Grove, Clarion and most recently Spencer. We have also expanded services adding behavioral health in 2016, pharmacy in 2024 and optometry in 2025. This year, we are focusing our fundraising efforts on being able to offer mammograms at our Fort Dodge clinic. Less transportation barriers to patients, being able to offer at the time of service, one ore layer of overall well being, the ability to offer this to patients on the sliding fee scale, cancer rates in our state are high, prevention and early intervention, freeing up other local resources by screening here first. Funds will go towards the purchase of a mammography machine. Tickets will be available starting March 13.
