CEO's Corner

Greetings, Growth Alliance Readers!

What a week it has been! After an energizing experience at MACE (Mid-America Chamber Executives), we’ve hit the ground running here at the Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance. The conversations and connections made at MACE are already sparking new ideas and affirming the impactful work being done across our region. It’s always encouraging to see how our efforts align with and inspire other communities.

This week, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on one of our standout programs—Junior Leadership Fort Dodge—in the latest episode of the Alliance Connection podcast.

Tune in to hear from one of our very own—Jill Nelson, Vice President at the Growth Alliance. Jill shares how Junior Leadership Fort Dodge came about, what it entails, and how it changes the perspectives of the students who participate. It's a great conversation about developing young leaders and building community from the ground up.

Also, don’t forget to register for our next Member Meet & Eat happening June 16th at the River's Edge Discovery Center. We’re thrilled to welcome Debi Durham as our special guest. This is a great opportunity to connect, hear from a dynamic leader, and engage in meaningful conversation.
