CEO's Corner

Greetings!

What an incredible day we had Tuesday at the Leading Ladies of Fort Dodge program!

We were delighted to host Maria Volante, President of Volante Consulting, who led an inspiring and empowering workshop on "Communicating with Confidence." Maria equipped our attendees with valuable tools to strengthen their professional presence, enhance leadership skills, and build confidence in both their personal and professional lives.

Programs like Leading Ladies are vital to the development of future leaders in our community. They provide a platform for women to not only connect and network but also to learn from industry experts and each other. By fostering a space for growth and collaboration, we are building stronger, more resilient leaders who will continue to contribute to the vibrancy and success of Fort Dodge.

And what a generous community we have! A very heartfelt thank you to our sponsors, UnityPoint Health – Fort Dodge and MidAmerican Energy, whose support makes programs like this possible. Their investment in leadership development has a lasting impact on our community, and we couldn’t do it without them!

Here’s to the continued success of the incredible women in our community—keep leading, learning, and lifting each other!
