Good afternoon to you all.
Please see the bid opportunity information below. This is a very small project so I am choosing to limit the outreach to only your three organizations: Greater Houston Business Procurement Forum, National Association of Minority Contractors and the Women Contractors Association.
Manhattan Construction, the Construction Manager-at-Risk, is soliciting subcontractor and supplier competitive proposals for the Harris County CSCD Storage & Maintenance Facility project for all trades.
The proposed CSCD Storage & Maintenance Facility is located at 2310 Atascocita Road Humble, TX 77396. This particular maintenance building is phase one for the Harris County CSCD Atascocita Residential Facility Expansion project. The overall project will include the phased replacement and expansion of classroom, cafeteria, reception/ administration, dormitory, and maintenance functions. This campus houses residential programs seeking to rehabilitate those needing assistance for a combination of substance abuse and criminal behavior issues.
Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidder to Manhattan Construction, 2120 Montrose Blvd., Houston, TX 77006 at or before July 21st at 2pm. For more info or to obtain access to the documents, email [email protected] or call 713-332-7247. Manhattan Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
As always, call me if you need me.
Stay well,
