Greetings!

When I first wrote this PGG essay back in 2018, no one was really talking about the physical and psychological benefits of being in Nature. A couple years later, in 2020 during the pandemic, many people reconnected with it and started to understand and experience what I describe below.

I've been on vacation this past week and was fortunate to get out of the city for some time in the country in CT, but it was a bit shocking and sad to see how drought has affected the grass and trees; it made me realize how much we take for granted that they will be there - healthy and green - season after season.

I hope you can enjoy some outdoors during this last unofficial weekend of the summer, and this PGG is to remind you that while you're out there, to have gratitude for and send Mother Nature some of the healing and love she so generously gives to us <3

And make sure you mark your calendar for the next CONNECTING WITH KRISTINA Wednesday, September 21st. These online gatherings are a great opportunity to have meaningful conversation with folks of like mind. Click here for some of my musings during the session about JOY and check my YouTube channel for a clip from July, where the topic was CROSSROADS. In September we'll be talking about BALANCE, scroll down click here for more info.

Another way to nurture yourself is with a book that one reviewer says is "like a little ray of sunshine and happiness," Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower the Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul! Check out this video with some of the folks who have it, and read additional reviews and purchase on Amazon here. If you have a copy - thank you! - and please consider writing a review and/or posting on social media with the hashtag #sayittomakeit. Click here for all the IG posts so far and scroll down to learn more and read what others are saying.

Today's PGG Video of the Week is about being grateful; this week's Instagram post is a reel that honors the natural beauty I experienced this summer. For today's PGG Vibe of the Week why not do a rain dance to Rusted Root's Back to the Earth...

Lastly, THANK YOU for being here and for being part of my community! If any of my essays, coaching, talks, videos or posts have helped you along your career/life journey, here are a few ways you can show your appreciation and support my work:

And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.

Big Hug <3
