Meet the Author: Sophie Thomson in conversation with Paul West 'The Edible Garden' at Marion Cultural Centre

Join Gardening Australia's Sophie Thomson in conversation with Paul West at this not-to-be-missed event!

Paul West is a trained chef, a passionate gardener, farmer and media personality. Paul, the host of River Cottage Australia, is the author of The River Cottage Australia Cookbook and has a regular slot on ABC's Gardening Australia. After hosting River Cottage Australia in beautiful Central Tilba, Paul and his family swapped their 20-acre property for a life in Melbourne's inner north, turning a suburban backyard plot into a productive patch.

In The Edible Garden Cookbook, Paul shows you how easy and rewarding it is to grow and cook some of your own food - and how powerful the simple act of coming together around food can be.

Are you drowning in clutter and stuff, is it time to ethically declutter for a sustainable simple life?
  • How much time do you waste looking for the keys, phone, purse just to get out the door on time?
  • Does the car live on the street because there is no room in the garage, simply because there is too much stuff

Imagine life without the clutter, what would you do with more time in your day?

Join our fun, interactive workshop and learn:

  • How to identify your clutter
  • How easy it is to declutter
  • How to eco organize
  • How to refuse clutter
  • How to let go of clutter
  • How to reduce clutter and divert waste from landfill
  • How to maintain a clutter free space so you can live the life you want

Come along to our evening with Tanya Lewis - The Eco Organiser and Waste Coach and discover how easy it is to reduce, reuse, recycle and reward yourself with a simpler life. Tanya's emphasis is on regaining control over our time and space by using mindful and ethical consumption.
