From your Learning Fund Team,

Haven't finalized your auction class basket yet? Consider hosting a Buy-in Party.

Buy-in Party (formally called Pay-to Play) event is a fundraiser where participants contribute a set donation (cost per person) to gain access to a unique experience or activity. Unlike a traditional auction basket where the highest bidder wins, a Buy-in Party event allows multiple people to participate by purchasing a spot. For example, your class might host a VIP sports clinic or a Sushi making Party, get creative!

Parties can take place anytime following the auction through December 2025! You name the date/time/location.

For more information including Party Host Form, Inspiration and bylaws CLICK HERE!

Sponsorship opportunites still available for our highly anticipated Auction event.

Please connect with your network and companies who could pledge support of the Green Valley Learning Fund. Consider organizations in; finance, tech, construction, automotive and legistics, etc. Will they be our next Colts Kentucky Derby Auction Sponsor?

High level sponsors will receive marketing benefits such as recognition on our website, banners and newsletters.
