SIBLING, FRIEND, PARENT/DANCER PHOTOS

We are working on many future items, and one of those is our 2023 Class Picture Days Schedule. This year we are trying to better accommodate our families that get sibling, friend, or parent/dancer photos. These are optional in addition to our group class photo and dancer individual photos. If interested, please fill out the below form by March 15th so we can fit in time slots for all those in need. This will help everyone be more organized!

GREEN WEEK!

Starting on Monday, March 13th through Saturday, March 18th dancers may wear any GREEN attire to class in celebration of St. Patrick's Day! We can't wait to see how creative our dancers will be!

ROUTINES
Recital routines are in full swing! Please help your dancer by encouraging good practicing habits outside of class. When dancers practice and know the information which was taught in class they are more excited about returning to class. Videos will be sent out as the routines progress to help at home.

TIP:  Right when your dancer comes home take a video of what they remember so they can refer back to this information later in the week.

Needing Additional Help?
If your dancer is needing some additional help with their routines our faculty does offer private lessons. For more details stop by the office. Your private lesson can also be used as a make up class.
ABSENCES & MAKE UPS

PLEASE NOTE: When dancers are making up absences they will need to wear the appropriate attire for the class which they are attending. Dancers have one month to make up any absence.

  • Reminder that students can not miss more than 4 classes between January and Show. Students can make up in another class at the same level or a similar level.

  • Dancers may also take private lessons to make up their absences.

  • Tech classes can also be taken as make up classes for students in Ballet, Jazz and Tap. If you have any questions about what class your student can take to make up the office or the teacher would be happy to help you.

To review our full attendance policy our Parent and Student Handbook can be picked up at the studio.

CELTIC SHOW!

Catch one of our favorites from The Browns, Celtic Show! This show will feature three CDA Dancers: Addisyn Weiland, Maile Narkon, and Nolan Boehmer. Choreography was done by Beth Ruden. You do not want to miss the Irish music and Irish inspired dancing!
