PARTNERS NEWSLETTER | 2020 Year In Review
From the President's Desk
Someone once said, “Music is the soundtrack of your life.” I think we all could agree that we could use the title from the 1977 album, Long Strange Trip, by the Grateful Dead as the theme for 2020. Yet, the experiences of these long and strange trips create challenges that ultimately, we learn from and make us better. This is especially true of the GCP team in 2020.

Despite the challenges, one in particular, COVID, the GCP with YOUR support and assistance, had a good year. We could not have succeeded without YOU and so again, we say THANK YOU! We are excited about the new year and the new programs and events that we have planned. Mask up and TOGETHER we can have a great 2021!

Thank you Walmart Supply Chain for awarding the Greene County Youth Leadership with a $2,000 check from their "Miles for Education" Program. Miles for Education is a Walmart program in which the safe miles that truck drivers accumulate within a certain period of time are added and a percentage is donated to education. This money will help with monthly program trips!
