Enhancing Organizational Resiliency through Talent Management Strategies Since 1996

You Don't Have to Have It All Figured Out Yet

August has a way of feeling like a natural reset. The pace eases, inboxes quiet down, and vacations create a bit of breathing room before the fall sprint begins. For organizational leaders steering change, it's a good moment to reflect on how you've been leading, what's been weighing on you, and what you want to be different when things pick back up. Before diving into what's next, it helps to pause and take stock of where your organization stands.

The strongest organizational leaders aren't the ones with all the answers. They're the ones willing to ask thoughtful questions, seek perspective, and move forward before every variable is known.

At Greene and Associates, Inc., we call this shift in mindset FLR-ISH, our framework for helping organizational leaders move through change with clarity and confidence.

What It Means to FLR-ISH

Greene and Associates, Inc. is a trusted thought partner for organizations leading change, helping you clarify what matters, challenge assumptions, and move forward with confidence.

You don't have to know exactly where your organization is going. You just need a thinking partner, someone who believes in your potential and helps you see possibility long before the path becomes clear.

Thank You for Making Our Cross-Generational Wisdom & Leadership Workshop a Success

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined Barbara Greene of Greene & Associates and Lyka Ferry, Founder of Lykability, for our recent Cross-Generational Wisdom & Leadership workshop in partnership with BioMedSA. The enthusiasm, engagement, and willingness to share perspectives made for a dynamic and inspiring conversation about leadership across generations. Through thoughtful discussion and interactive exercises, participants explored how different experiences and viewpoints can strengthen teams, foster innovation, and build more effective leaders.

As Sarah Jury of BioMedSA shared, "The discussion, insights, and interactive exercises sparked meaningful conversations and provided valuable takeaways for leaders at every stage of their careers. "We couldn't agree more, and we're grateful to BioMedSA for partnering with us to bring this important conversation to the community.

As Barbara and Lyka continue to refine and expand this workshop, your feedback is invaluable. If you attended the session, we encourage you to take just a few minutes to complete the brief survey and share your thoughts. Your input will help shape future programs and ensure they continue to provide meaningful value for leaders across generations.

Thank you again for being part of this conversation.
