Gran Fondo Bike Ride!

A Gran Fondo is a bicycle ride that originated in Italy and translates to "Big Ride." It is also known as a “party on wheels” with food and refreshments along the route followed by a huge party. Click to register!

This premier event is one will want to mark on your calendar year after year. The race features a concert, live music along the route, historic sites, beautiful views of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario, and a fun-filled, post-race celebration. Click to register!

Honoring & Hiring Nurses!
National Nurses Week is May 6-12. Niagara Hospice is very thankful for the dedicated, compassionate care our nurses provide every day to manage symptoms and provide caregiver relief for Niagara County patients and families. We are hiring nurses and hospice aides for Hospice House in Lockport and home care. Candidates can apply here!
