Our individual team members have combined digital forces to create this awesome fundraising team. Together we will raise more money for Water For South Sudan than we ever could alone! Our goal is to raise at least $1,000 to help WFSS drill more wells and provide more clean water to people in need.

Greenfield's Mindful Mondays
Starts on Monday, October 24
8:30 - 9:15AM
In the Greenfield Library
All Parents + Caregivers Welcome
No prior experience necessary
Begin your day with calm and intention for the week ahead. Monday mornings are a wonderful time to bring balance and inspiration before you head into the rush of to-dos and responsibilities that often fill the rest of the week.
Greenfield Mindful Mondays is a weekly series of guided meditation sessions facilitated by a skilled practitioner designed to guide parents and caregivers on how to become in tune with the present, to help reduce stress, foster compassion, and heighten awareness in our daily lives. Each session serves to cultivate balance and care in an inclusive and joyful space that centers collective well-being. These weekly gatherings will draw synthesis between the mind and body and emphasize the importance of self-care practices to positively impact one’s life, and in turn, the lives of others.
For questions, please reach out to Jill Katz at jill.katz0604@gmail.com.
