2017 in Review
Another busy year has come and gone, and many exciting projects throughout the Brandywine Creek Greenway have been completed. Below are a few highlights from 2017:
  • Informational Videos launched 
  • Mobile Application launched 
  • Brandywine Valley Scenic Byway Signage and Wayfinding Master Plan completed
  • Bike the Brandywine engaged 550 cyclists 
  • Walkable Chadds Ford design drawings completed
  • High Trail design and engineering completed
  • Mill Trail Bicycle and Pedestrian Circulation Plan – draft report completed
  • Honey Brook Conservation Garden planting completed
  • Downingtown Kayak Launch and informational kiosk completed
  • Modena Storm Basin Naturalization planting completed
  • Plum Run Trail study completed

Western Extension of the
Chester Valley Trail
The Chester County Planning Commission is currently studying the feasibility of extending the Chester Valley Trail westward to the Lancaster County line.
