Greenwood Mayor Mark Myers Visits Endress+Hauser’s Swiss Headquarters

On September 18, Mayor Myers met the CEO of Endress+Hauser, Matthias Altendorf at the E+H headquarters in Reinach, Switzerland. Myers’ visit was part of an Indy Chamber leadership exchange program, where he toured the Swiss production center and discussed Endress+Hauser’s investment and expansion plans in the Greenwood area.

October 4^th Nationwide Emergency Alert System Test

On Wednesday, October 4th, at 2:20 p.m. Eastern Time, an alert will be broadcast through cell phones, televisions, and radios throughout the country. This alert is a test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS), conducted by FEMA. Federal law mandates that these systems should be tested at least once every three years.
