Now imagine having to leave Hoffman SummerWood because you no longer have the financial ability to remain in the community you call home. Leave your apartment. Leave the comfort of your friends.
This is exactly what some of our residents are coping with as life expectancy increases and residents age-in-place. We cannot let this happen which is why we are establishing a fund called A Promise to Remember to help seniors who are in this situation.
