This year, eight Costco warehouses in the Central Valley raised $818,389, inclusive of a generous 25% corporate match. Since 1990, Costco has contributed more than $7.6 million to support Valley Children’s through a combination of corporate donations and fundraising efforts. Miracles kept happening during the 8th Annual ABC30 "Futures Worth Fighting For" Telethon, which took place on August 11. The event raised a grand total of $116,113, bringing our eight-year total to $1,052,919 to benefit Valley Children's Hospital!

For an entire day, ABC30 Action News co-anchors, Vanessa Vasconcelos and Warren Armstrong, covered the exciting event, which featured inspiring stories from Valley Children's patients like Addisyn, and Nico and Noah. Throughout the day, volunteers and sponsors enthusiastically took calls from donors from across the Central Valley.

Our 24th Annual KISS Country for Kids Radiothon is coming up September 8-9, airing both days from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. KISS Country will broadcast interviews with patients and families who will share their incredible stories and experiences with Valley Children's. We are excited to announce that our local Kiwanis groups are teaming up to host the 2 annual “Run 4 the Miracle" event on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Woodward Park, Fresno, 7:30 a.m. The run offers three formats for participation, including a 5-kilometer run/walk, 2-mile walk, or a quarter-mile fun run for kids, all to raise money for Valley Children's Hospital's Injury Prevention Program. The Clovis Rodeo Foundation is once again generously supporting Valley Children’s by hosting the 6th Annual Kids, Cowboys, and Clays event on Saturday, October 29 at Sun Mountain Gun Club in Coarsegold. The event starts with a biscuits and gravy breakfast at 8 a.m., followed by a clay shoot featuring both registered and hunter divisions. In the afternoon, the Clovis Rodeo Foundation’s members prepare an excellent tri-tip dinner for guests while distributing awards from the clay shoot and hosting a live and silent auction.
