Charles graduated with a B.A. at CSUF majoring in Broadcast Journalism. He has been involved in all aspects of manufacturing (PC, QC, Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Operations Management, etc…) throughout the last 20 plus years. In his spare time, he works as a broadcaster for the Anaheim Ducks High School hockey League.

Adam is a graduate from Cal State Fullerton with a BS in Operation Management and a minor in Economics. Son of Marine parents that served for over 20 years each. He has benefited from his parents occupation by traveling the world. He has an amazing daughter. He has worked in manufacturing for over 5 years with experience in production management, logistics, supply chain management, analytics, and strategic planning. He plays soccer for a men’s league during his free time.

Engineers from Sandia National Labs built an automated nine-robot system that has been called the "most complex, automated robotic demilitarization system" built in the last 20 years.
Since the Army started using this system, more than 700,000 submunitions have been demilitarized. Essentially, this is why we first conceived of robots, to do what could otherwise harm or even kill humans.
