THIS WEEK'S TALK BY
REV. DENISE YEARGIN
"Taking It To The Streets"
|
"I am the expression of gentleness in my world. Part 2 of last Sunday's talk." - Rev. Denise Yeargin
Rev. Denise Yeargin is a retired Ordained Unity Minister who continues to minister through speaking and writing and occasional individual virtual sessions. "Rev. D" (as many still call her) has grown to love Center for Spiritual Living Nashville and often tunes in to our Sunday services online.
A Native Nashvillian, Denise has over the last few years co-created a home with her life partner Judy Blackwelder in Savannah, TN on the Tennessee River. They call their estate Harmony Haven – as they are learning to live in communion with the earth and all her relations. Denise’s greatest love continues to be studying, teaching, and sharing Universal Principle.

"SHE LET GO"
"She Let Go" is a poem that was written by Rev. Safire Rose and spoken, in first person, by Rev. D at last week's service. Below is a copy of that poem.

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Empathetic Listening - Building Bridges Workshop
Our community has been through a lot of changes in the past few months. We have had some great town hall meetings and a wonderful dialog has begun regarding CSLN's future. The foundation to working as a community to reimagine CSLN begins with us honing our skills to empathetically listen to each other and hear everyone's voice. From there we can redefine our Vision and Mission. Everyone in the community is needed! Please plan to attend a session of a workshop titled, "Empathetic Listening- Building Bridges" and a 2-part Town Hall meeting to build our new Vision and Mission.
Empathetic Listening - Building Bridges facilitated by Lisa Firestone. 10 a.m. to 2pm at Unity Nashville. Lunch will be provided.
Love Offering - value received. Please register for one of the dates below at admin@cslnashville.org so that we will know how many lunches to order.
Thursday, May 16 at Unity Nashville
Saturday, May 18 at Unity Nashville

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT
Laura Landress, RScP
I know there is one loving, eternal, Universal Mind of God that is ever present within me and everyone. This Universal mind of God is the life and center of my Being. I can rely on this infinite mind to help me and guide me all the time. I surrender to this infinite genius within me and allow it to take care of me and express good decisions in my mind in every area of my life. I am not alone. I am safe and the prosperity and abundance of God expresses through me in ways that I haven't even imagined. I take care of my body and my body is healthy and strong. I know exactly what to eat and how to exercise for my best health. All is well in my life! All is good in my life right now. I give great thanks for this knowing and for God within me. I release this my word into the law that makes it so. And So It Is!
