ANNOUNCEMENTS
What Would You Give to Create Change?
What would you give to create change? Change in your life… your relationships… your Center… your world?
At CSL Nashville, we know that giving is a powerful spiritual practice. When we give from a consciousness of love, trust, and joy, we participate in the Law of Circulation, affirming that we live in a Universe that supports and multiplies our good.
We’re inviting you to make a conscious giving commitment that supports your own spiritual expansion and helps sustain our beloved community. When you give, you anchor the truth that you are abundant, that you are part of something meaningful, and that Spirit meets you every step of the way.
Make your pledge to CSLN's Pledge Campaign today and let your giving be a sacred “yes” to abundance!

NEW! Food Gift Boxes Available
Being part of a community means helping each other during times of need. It also means sometimes leaning into the community and allowing them to help when we need a hand. As we all know, food prices have increased significantly. Some of our members have been seriously affected by this. To assist, the Caring Hearts would like to discreetly provide a food gift box to anyone who may be having difficulty with these increased costs. A basket to receive donations of non-perishable food items and/or grocery store gift cards or cash will be in the Center lobby before the service. If someone would like assistance at this time, please reach out to Erica Leeds to allow our center the opportunity to support you.
NEW! We Need Photos!
The New Minister Search team needs photos to prepare our New Minister Profile and Video. Because we are going to be moving, we are looking for pictures centered more on our people than on the space. If you have photos or videos from the past couple of years of any gatherings at our Center, please send them to admin@cslnashville.org.
NEW! Come See 160 Belle Forest Circle
There is a showing scheduled this Saturday, April 26 at 1pm for anyone who hasn't already visited the building we are in the process of voting to buy. If none of the showing times have worked for you, please contact admin@cslnashville.org and we will do our best to find a time that works for you.
NEW! The Vote is Live
Ballots to vote to buy the property at 160 Belle Forest Circle were emailed to all confirmed members on April 21. Members will have until May 1 to vote.
Changes to Hospitality
We greatly appreciate our hospitality volunteers and the generosity and care they bring to our fellowship time after the service! To make it easier for them, manage the Center's costs and still provide a time for all of us to gather after the service, we are making some changes to hospitality. CSLN will provide veggies and hummus, cheese and crackers and nuts as standard snacks every Sunday. The hospitality volunteers may augment those snacks with items of their choosing. Members are always welcome to also bring something. When we have workshops or meetings after the service, we will provide these light refreshments and invite people to bring their lunch or a dish to share if something more is desired. Thank you to this wonderful team who make our time together after our service so special!
Community Dialogue on Proposed Purchase of 160 Belle Forest Circle
There is a Community Dialogue scheduled to continue the discussion and address questions about our proposed purchase of 160 Belle Forest Circle on Thursday Evening, April 24th from 6:30pm to 8pm via ZOOM at the link below:
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83002534370?pwd=bmcxMmhoSEQzbjZocGsxT05kQUVSZz09
Free Stuff!
There are 2 tables of free things in the Fellowship Hall that Unity and CSLN have made available to anyone who needs them. Please help yourself to these items.
Help CSLN Reach Our Goal of 1000 YouTube Subscribers!
CSLN has over 900 YouTube subscribers! Help us reach the milestone of 1000 subscribers. When we do, we will receive Google benefits and credits that will help us increase our social media presence. If you are not a subscriber, become one. If you are a subscriber, share our channel on FB and on other social media. You can help CSLN grow!
Volunteer Needed for Youth Program
We are looking for a volunteer to assist with the Youth Program once a month. Curriculum and Training will be provided. Please email admin@cslnashville.org if you are interested!

NEW!
CSLN 2025 Annual Meeting And Election of Board of Trustees Members this Sunday, April 27
We modified this Sunday's service slightly so we can finish a little early and have our Annual Meeting in the sanctuary immediately after the service. Our fellowship time will follow the Annual Meeting with light refreshments. If you plan to be at the service early and would like a snack before the meeting, please bring something to tide you over. David Jester and Jacqueline Carrillo have been nominated to serve on the CSLN Board of Trustees for a 3-year term. Because we have 2 nominations and 2 openings, we did not send ballots. David and Jacqueline will be elected by acclamation at the meeting. The online viewers who want to attend the meeting will need to disconnect and reconnect to our YouTube channel after the service to attend the annual meeting.
NEW!
Join us for The Practice on May 4th and July 6th!
Facilitators: Practitioners Dale Rogers & Tonya Miller-Hire
Time & Location: Meditation Room at 1:30pm
The Practice is a sacred space to explore, reflect, and apply spiritual principles to everyday life. It offers a safe and supportive circle where participants can share personal challenges, release what no longer serves them, and discover practical steps for moving forward. Guided by CSL practitioners, this gathering emphasizes deep listening, heartfelt conversations, and the transformative power of living Science of Mind principles. It’s a space for renewal, clarity, and connection—where Spirit meets real-life situations, and practice becomes progress. The Practice is an opportunity to experience the profound growth that comes from engaging in a sacred and intentional community.

CARING HEARTS CORNER
Welcome to the Caring Hearts Corner! This space is dedicated to keeping you informed about the needs in our community and how you can lend a helping hand.
Community
Dottie Uwaifo, one of our beloved practitioners, has requested continued prayer and spiritual support for her family members.
Betty Lou Carter, mother of practitioner Marietta Carter, made her transition recently. Please hold special prayers for Marietta and her family as they walk through their grief.
Our team recently received and responded to a referral request to assist member Desi Smith who has been going through kidney dialysis treatment. Desi has requested prayer and prayer treatment from our community to help her manifest a new kidney. Please help her along with our team by holding her in love and perfect health. Team members have spoken with Desi and will continue to reach out to her to provide emotional support as we hold the high watch for her during this process.
Our team is currently assisting other members who prefer not to be mentioned by name. Please help us hold them in positive thought and prayer.
Team News
Caring Hearts now has a new Mission Statement and Scope of Purpose. We are increasing CSLN awareness of our team to help our community even more.
We are now using the new https://csln.breezechms.com/form/caringhearts to assist our members after reviewing their situations. All spiritual requests for help will be referred to our CSLN Practitioners. Needs beyond our scope will be referred to our Critical Resources List for assistance.
The team meets on the second Monday of every month. Our next team meeting will be held via Zoom on Monday, May 12th.
In our last meeting on April 14, we discussed the ways that we are currently assisting those who have reached out to our team as well as up-and-coming directions for the team. More information will be provided in the next newsletter.
Mission Statement
“The Caring Hearts Team supports CSLN members with compassionate visits, phone calls, and essential community services during times of need.”

This array of services is primarily under the umbrella of United Way's 211 information line. Anyone can access this to help themselves or others. Our critical resources list is now available on our website under: About Us > Teams > Caring Hearts Corner. Click the download button for the PDF.
Referral Form
In order to make helping our community even easier, we now have a direct way to refer CSLN members to Caring Hearts for short-term help. The referral form gathers important information that is needed to assist our team members. Every referral request will be reviewed by our Caring Hearts team, kept confidential, and responded to in a timely manner. The referral form is at the following web address: https://csln.breezechms.com/form/caringhearts

BOOKSTORE BUZZ
Have you been to the bookstore lately?
It’s on the right side of the sanctuary, in the same space as the classroom. It’s open after the service, until at least 1:30. Remember, you can also donate using your credit or debit card in the bookstore!
We still have copies of Candy Paull’s books, which would make great Easter gifts. She wrote several books on the Art of Life: The Art of Encouragement, The Art of Abundance, and The Art of Simplicity. If you are finding life stressful, her book Finding Serenity in Times of Stress is available in hardback, paperback and CD. There are also her books on 101 Ways to Live a Better Life. Come look before they’re all gone!
We have the Science of Mind textbook, Dr. Holmes’ commentary on the textbook, Living the Science of Mind, and another well-loved book by our founder, This Thing Called You. We have Dennis Merritt Jones’ book, How to Speak Science of Mind, and you can also pick up the Science of Mind magazine. We also have a variety of related books available by other authors.
If there is another book you would like to have available in the bookstore, feel free to leave a suggestion.

| | | SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT
Laima Dickens, RScP
There is only One Perfect Life, and that Life is God. God is the Infinite Mind and the only Voice of Truth. This Divine Life is limitless and knows no pain or fear, for It is pure perfection. God is Eternal Knowingness and God is all there is!
God is all I see because I am one with God, the Power, the Source, the Energy of all life. I know I am always connected to It. God is always acting in me, through me, as me, in perfect form and essence. I know this Truth in the deepest part of my being. I realize I have infinite access to God's effortless flow.
I affirm God's guidance and wisdom is fertilizing and enriching my consciousness this very moment. I am cultivating the soil and creating fertile ground for new possibilities and holistic growth, removing any weeds of doubt, fear, or limitation. I have a vibrant and healthy garden, where my thoughts, dreams, and desires have taken root and are flourishing greatly.
I appreciate knowing that the manifestation of my desire already exists in my life right now. I am thankful for the teachings of Ernest Holmes and for my greater awareness and understanding of Infinite Intelligence flowing through me. I am thankful for the abundance of resources, opportunities, and guidance that are available to me.
I release this word into the Law, trusting that it manifests in perfect timing. I let go of any attachment to specific outcomes, knowing that the Universe takes care of the details. So I let it be, knowing that my future is bright and full of promise. And so it is.
