One of NHCRA’s objectives in 2020 was to optimize the usability of the website. For this task we partnered with Northeastern University’s Experiential Program to analyze marketing tools, streamline the visitor experience and to initiate the membership login function. The outcome of the project contributed to our decision to reduce marketing tools provided by our website host, integrate old with new tools, and renegotiate our website-host contract, saving NHCRA about $480 annually. Furthermore, we are happy to report that not only did this project reduce our technology budget it helped us became more adept at info technology.
