It's time to Re-Energize and Rejuvenate for Spring. There's no better way to do that than with meditative self-care and Sweetwater Studios has lots of class options to help you with just that.

Yoga options include classes for beginners, men only and even special classes designed for equestrians. Chair Yoga and Trapeze Yoga are other popular options offered at the studio.

Package pricing options make it super affordable to get in on the flow. 4 - 12 yoga class packages range from $45 - $120. If that's too much for you, Sweetwater Studios has funds available to assist with the cost of wellness classes.

Special Workshops at the studio this month include Reiki & Restorative Yoga and IFS Informed Emotional Intelligence Workshops.

It's time to start planning those summer vacations and there are plenty of lodging choices in and around Burke.

The Burke Bike Barn provides rustic accommodations in a fully renovated 1840's timber frame barn with direct access to mountain bike trails. Book now for summer - the barn is a popular place to stay!

Burke Cottage Rentals and Campground offers a great location in West Burke close to lakes and trails for all variety of summer fun. The property features spacious campsites, a bathhouse with showers and, for those who prefer to be indoors, there are 4 cabins available to rent.
