Daphne Fritz 
 
Daphne Fritz,
Escrow Assistant
Daphne Fritz, Escrow Assistant at Cascade Title, works with Alison Peters. She is one of three assistants successfully working with REALTORS, lenders, buyers, and sellers to close transactions accurately and on-time. In addition, Daphne manages the escrow accounting at Cascade Title. She has been in the title industry for 12 years and at Cascade Title for 3.5 years. Daphne believes it's super important to have a team that works together smoothly, and is a member of just such a team, alongside Diane Kenneway and Jennifer Josh. This team knows exactly what is going on in each transaction, right down to the finest detail. Their great success as a team is the result of a perfected escrow system that they have developed together. 
 
Daphne has an AA degree in Business Management/Communication and is a Notary Public. She enjoys spending time with her family. Her son, Dawson, is a sophomore at LCC and plays basketball for the Red Devils. Daphne and her husband, Jeff, watch a lot of basketball. Sports is big in her family. Daphne's favorite local restaurants are the Shamrock and Antidote in Longview, WA. She is really sad that the Masthead Castaways has closed. Daphne likes to travel and go on vacations in sunny weather only! Her favorite vacation destination is Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. "Toy Story 4" Drive-In Movie
Fibre Federal presents the Longview Drive-In Movie - "Toy Story 4"!  Join us for this fun event on Friday, September 25th at the YMCA. Gates open at 6:45 pm, and the movie starts at dusk (around 7:30 pm).
All rules have been established to comply with state recommendations for COVID-19 safety precautions. Please respect all rules and requests by staff so we are able to continue to offer this event series.No registration required, but there will be a maximum of 70 cars, and spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis. 
Movie audio will be transmitted via FM radio signal.
Only one family per vehicle, and all attendees are required to stay in their vehicle at all times. Due to the restrictions of remaining in the vehicles at all times, we will not have restrooms available, so please plan accordingly. Re-entry, and the use of headlights, are not permitted once the movie has started. Guests are encouraged to bring their own food and drink as none will be available for purchase at this time. Movies are rated PG and some parental guidance is recommended for younger viewers.  Click here for more information.
