Theresa Byrd-Satcher, Escrow Officer/LPO at Cascade Title, works successfully with REALTORS, lenders, buyers and sellers to close transactions accurately and on-time. She has 15 years' experience in the escrow and title business and started with the Schreiner Group of title companies at Cowlitz County Title. Theresa has been a Limited Practice Officer since 2009 and has 1.5 years of experience at Cascade Title. Before her journey to escrow, she worked as a commercial loan officer processor for a local bank. Theresa has a passion for escrow, and being a part of our lenders' and real estate agents' closing team is very rewarding to her. Helping clients come to our beautiful area is a treat, and she loves to see the excitement of first-time home buyers and families finding their perfect home! She and her assistant, Tina Moore, look forward to every transaction and the opportunity to help make the closing process enjoyable.
Theresa has local roots. She grew up in Longview, graduated from R.A. Long High School, and has lived in Cowlitz County the majority of the time. She enjoys spending time with her family and her 5-year-old granddaughter. Theresa likes to spend time on her family's farm in Winlock, WA and attend the Saturday farmer's market there. She enjoys playing golf, weather permitting. Her husband, Lance Satcher, is the golf pro/manager of Three Rivers Golf Course, so golf is a must! Vacations are often spent at major golf tournaments and in Hawaii on the island of Maui in Kaanapali and golfing at Theresa's favorite course on the island, Kapalua Golf-The Bay Course.
