Alison Peters, Escrow Officer/LPO at Cascade Title works successfully with REALTORS, lenders, buyers and sellers to close transactions accurately and on-time. She has 17 year's experience in the escrow & title business, with 7 years at Cowlitz County Title and 10 years at Cascade Title. Alison believes that being a problem solver and doing the right thing gets the job done correctly.

 

Alison has local roots. She grew up in Longview, Washington and graduated from Mark Morris high school.  Alison continued her education, graduating with an Associate of Arts degree from Lower Columbia College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. Alison received the Everyday Hero Award from the Kiwanis Club of Kelso, WA and was a nominee for the Lower Columbia Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year award. Alison enjoys crafts, knitting, and cooking at her home in Castle Rock where she lives with her husband, Jim, and son, Aden, who is a senior in high school / Running Start student at LCC.
