Hector Aguiluz,Title Officer at Cascade Title, works with local real estate professionals, lenders, surveyors, developers, homebuyers, and contractors. He researches and examines records from a deep title plant to create the title report. Hector has six years of experience in title with Cascade Title and one year of experience as an Escrow Assistant/Recorder. He is the only bi-lingual title officer in Cowlitz County. To understand real estate in one's own language is one thing, understanding it in a foreign language is another. He provides clients with comfort and knowledge of the transaction in their own language.
Hector has a strong background in finance, banking, real estate lending and title/escrow. In addition, he has 5 years of experience in social and human services, including working for the State of Washington. Hector enjoys learning about real estate history and identifying the chain of a property's development. He likes working with a team of professionals who have local knowledge of development and construction and who are customer service-focused, ensuring a successful office.
Hector is a Pacific Northwest local, growing up in Kitsap County on Bainbridge Island and residing in Cowlitz County for 15 years. He enjoys spending time with "the best gifts in his life," his sons Miguel (15) and Enrique (11). He enjoys hard work and reaping its rewards, as well as spending time with friends and family. Hector's hobbies are golf, drives to the beach (Ocean Park, WA), and spotting bald eagles. Hector likes to vacation in the Seattle, WA and Monterey, CA areas.  Please join us for the 5th Annual Cowlitz County Veterans Service Center "Forget Me Not" Golf Classic at Three Rivers Golf Course. Owing to COVID-19, we had to postpone our original date of June 6th, and the event will now be held on September 11th with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. All proceeds benefit the Cowlitz County Veterans' Service Center which has provided services to over 4,000 local veterans.
