Even though these are difficult times, there is still a lot to celebrate. The sixth-annual #ClarkeDay will take place on Thursday, May 7. For the 24 hours, help us celebrate all things Clarke by sharing photos, stories, memories, and more on social media using #ClarkeDay .

Clarke Music Professor Selected to Receive 2020 Emerging Leader Award
Clarke Visiting Assistant Professor of Music Kylie Gougler is one of seven voice teachers nationwide to be selected to receive a 2020 NATS Emerging Leader Award.

Clarke Students Win at the AAF Dubuque American Advertising Awards
Clarke University students in the Art + Design program received nine Gold and Silver awards, two Judges Choice awards, and the Student Best of Show award at the Dubuque Chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Awards on Friday, February 21, at the Hotel Julien in Dubuque.

Clarke’s Drama and Musical Theatre Receive Awards at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival
Clarke University’s Drama and Musical Theatre program received multiple awards at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, Region 5, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in January .

Clarke Faculty and Staff Recognized with Special Awards
Clarke University takes great pride in its annual Faculty and Staff Award ceremony. This year, due to current circumstances, the ceremony was postponed; however, Clarke recognized these award recipients virtually in a personal video from President Thom Chesney, Ph.D., and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Susan Burns, Ph.D.
