Greetings from Colorado and Happy Summer!
You can now add to the list of the wonders of our time: AI, Americans watching soccer, credible UFO videos, and being months away from the singularity: paved roads at Polestar Village! It has been a rocky road to say the least and we are so grateful to each of you who have patiently donated, invested, meditated, consulted, sung, prayed, gardened, cooked, volunteered, and loved this community into existence - THANK YOU! Phase one infrastructure is rounding the bend and we are reaching the intersection of vision and reality; the first homes will start to take shape this year and Phase 2 is right around the corner.

We are having a steady stream of visitors these days and feel free to add your name to their number. Colorado is beautiful in all the seasons and visitors can participate in Polestar events, work in the garden, check out Fort Collins, and take amazing treks into the mountains. We look forward to seeing you!
